Add $400 per room for every vacant room and $200 per room for every room that doesn't need large furniture. For example a bathroom or a bedroom with a bedroom set would be $200 per room. No movers are required to stage those rooms. Add up the rooms as follows. The movers cost will be added according to the amount of stairs.
All memberships are charged on a annually basis. If you would like to become a member , give us a call and we will process it at that time. We can also do the transaction at the location of the work requested. Billing for all nonmember clients are in person. Half at contract signing, the other half when complete.

No. Unfortunally we only complete the design portion of a renovation. We can refer contractors to assist with the renovation but we do not own or have a contractor license.
Vivid Elevations does not charge fees without clients permission. Fees are only charged if the fee service is needed. All definitions are provided below:
Movers Fee is a fee that is charged when movers are needed to relocate items.
Cleaning Fee is a fee that is charged based on the amount of cleaning that needs to be done.
Storage Fee is a fee that is collected when a large amount of boxes or smaller items need to be relocated to storage.
Holding Fee is a fee that only pertains to Home Staging. This fee is for holding the company's inventory. The Holding fee is based on the amount of days the home is listed for sell. Once it is pending the home can be de-staged and the Holding Fee stops. Our home staging goal is less than 11 days. Our staging record time is 5 Days.
All fees are only applied if needed and accepted by the client.
